ZIRCONIA
Beyond plus is a Monolithic zirconia with high translucency and low value, 1200 mpa. This material is excellent in the anterior or posterior.
Beyond plus multi in classical vita shades is 1200 MPH.
Live 46% translucency 1300 mPa. Best to use when blocking out dentition and to obtain ultimate strength .
We will also use the zirconia of your choice .
IPS EMAX.
When you need to bond the restoration and obtain the optimal aesthetics and strength for a single unit.
PMMA
A long-term temporary in most vita shades. PMMA is available in a tri-layered puck. Most popular vita shades available.
ACETAL
Zirlux Acetal is a semi-flexible tooth color material. Low friction, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability.
IMPLANTS
Nobel, 3i, Astrotech, Zimmer, MIS, Implant direct, Lifecon, Camlog.
We have worked with most implant systems for years. We custom mill most common implants Which can be a cost savings to the office.
GOLD & P.F.M.
PORCELAIN TO NON-PRECOIUS METAL
Security high noble alloy for Porcelain fused to metal restorations. 40% AU .
State has a good yellow color for full crown 40% AU.
Inlays, JRVT is simply the best gold for inlays and onlays. 77% AU 13% AG .
We're using the Neo Super Castcom to cast all alloys. This melts the alloy at the precise temperature and casts the alloy under air pressure and vacuum. This results in porosity-free casting each time.
Partials and Dentures
Dentures are fabricated using the IVOCAP injection system and IVOCLAR BLUELINE teeth. Simply the best system you can purchase.
Flexible partials are made with DURAFLEX for the most comfortable fit. This thermoplastic material is lightweight and stain resistant. this material can be repaired or added to.
3D printed denture. This is an economical solution to the premium dentures. Durable and easy to reproduce in hours if needed due to the S T L file.
Chrome partial dentures are cast from Neodontics cobafiex-3 premium C0 62% MO 05% CR 28% using the HEROCAST IQ .
Myerson EMA sleep and snoring devices are a popular inexpensive answer to the bulky and expensive sleep apnea devices on the market.
Bite Splints
We provide a wide array of splints from simple suck down to hard soft talon night guards. We also fabricate deprogrammers .
TALON SPLINT
The appliance can be pre-warmed in warm water to allow for a “custom fit" every time the patient inserts it.
HARD/SOFT SPLINTS
Hard copolyester provides durability against bruxing all night, inner layer soft polyurethane ensures comfort against teeth and gums. Available in clear, pink, and blue.
Hard acrylic splints are also available.
Ortho
We provide clear plastic retainers and 3D printed models.
